The Immanuel Lutheran School Student Council is trying a new format for Alumni weekend this year. Please see the schedule for the events on Friday and Saturday. There is a new concept of an Alumni 3 vs 3 basketball tournament. The goal is to have 10 teams of up to 5 players compete in a double elimination tournament (guaranteed 2 games) in this inaugural tournament. Registration will be open to alumni, high school players, and church members, but teams will be filled in preference to first Alumni, then high school, then church members. Registration closes on March 14 at 3 pm. While the online form is preferred, you can also register directly with Mr. Brandan Heinze by emailing [email protected].
Friday, March 15
5 pm- 4-6 Girls vs Parents
6 pm- 5-6 Boys vs Parents
7 pm- 7-8 Girls vs Parents
8 pm- 7-8 Boys vs Parents
Saturday, March 16
9:00 am- HS Girls vs Alumni Volleyball
10:00 am- Alumni vs Alumni Volleyball
11:00 am- Alumni 3 v 3 tournament
(instead of the Odd vs Even Game, space will be limited to 10 teams of 5 players, see signup form above for more details)
2:30 pm- JV Boys vs. Alumni (pre-2019) Basketball game
3:30 pm- V Girls vs. Alumni Basketball game
4:30 pm- V Boys vs. Alumni Basketball game
6:00 pm- Church service
Concessions will be available and will go to support ILS Athletics!
