Pompano Beach Elks Lodge is proud to partner with City of Lighthouse Point Recreation to bring the Hoop Shoot to the Pompano Beach, Lighthouse Point, and Deerfield area on November 3rd at 11am.The Hoop Shoot is a national contest by Elks USA. It is a free throw contest that allows kids to compete on a national level. The initial contest starts in the local area and then on to district contests and beyond.

The event will take place at Dan Witt Park in Lighthouse Point on November 3, 2024 at 11am. You can complete your registration in advance (https://lhp.recdesk.com) or register in person at the event.
There is no cost to participate. The contest consists of a series of 25 free throws scored by the judges. The winners then may move up to district, state, and national contests.
