Our students are looking forward to showing off their musical talent in this year's holiday music program on Tuesday, December 17th!
The performances will be held downtown at the Performing Arts Center of Rapid City (current home of Rapid City Alternative Academy). The address is 601 Columbus Street. It will NOT be held at Pinedale. Please do not arrive before 8:30 AM. Doors will be locked until 8:30 AM. All guests must enter through the west (office) entrance, NOT the main entrance. * * Outside food and drink are NOT allowed. * *
Remember that the PAC is within a working educational building where staff and students are following their day as usual. Please help represent Pinedale in a positive light by being respectful and accommodating to their requests, as we are guests in their facility and wish to return next year.
9:00—Orchestra (4th and 5th grades)
9:30---Band (5th grade)
10:00---4th/5th Vocal
10:45---K/1st Vocal
11:15---2nd/3rd Vocal
On MONDAY, December 16th, all students will be transported by bus to and from the PAC for REHEARSAL.
On TUESDAY, December 17th, all students will be transported by bus to and from the PAC for the PERFORMANCE.
For safety and accountability, children cannot be checked out from the PAC. All students will be transported by bus to and from the PAC and will return to Pinedale to finish out the school day.
Please make sure that your child is not tardy on these very important days, as the bus must leave immediately to stay on schedule!
It takes a lot of planning and preparation to make this event happen, and we are excited to share it with you! Thank you for your support and see you all soon!
