Learning Objectives:
1) Describe state and regional health data impacting morbidity and mortality of populations.
2) Examine key social determinants in housing and employment that intersect and influence health outcomes.
3) Identify opportunities for community partner collaboration and alignment through ongoing regional community health initiatives.
