Join us to celebrate over 170 miles of safe, separated, and connected multi-use trails linking Ogden and Provo on Saturday, May 11.
About this Event

Move Utah, in partnership with the Wasatch Front Regional Council; the Utah Department of Transportation; Utah Transit Authority; Bike Utah; Jordan River Commission; Mountainland Association of Governments; Utah Department of Health; Utah Governor’s Office of Outdoor Recreation; and Davis, Salt Lake, Utah, and Weber counties, invites you to participate in a group bike ride and family-friendly event to celebrate the Golden Spoke trail network. The Golden Spoke consists of over 170 miles of safe and connected multiuse trails, including Provo River Parkway, Murdock Canal Trail, Jordan River Trail, Legacy Trail, Denver and Rio Grande Western Rail Trail and Ogden River Parkway linking Ogden and Provo.


Two rides will start simultaneously and converge at the Tracy Aviary Jordan River Nature Center in South Salt Lake, UT where an End of Ride Event will be held from 11pm to 3pm.


North Ride (50 Miles)

Where:Ogden Trackline Bike Park (9th St. East Bench · Ogden, UT 84404)[1]

Time: 8:30 a.m.

Rest stop and 25 mile ride start*: Farmington Regional Park (1778 S 650 W. Farmington UT)


South Ride (50 Miles)

Where: Riverside Park (1260 West 600 North) in Provo

Time: 8:30 a.m.

Rest stop and 25 mile ride start*: Bull River Trailhead (1633 W. Innovation Way, Lehi)


Millcreek Ride (11 Miles)

Where: Upper District Millcreek Park

Start: 11:30


Family Fun Ride (3 to 6 miles)

Where: Where: Tracy Aviary Jordan River Nature Center (1125 W 3300 S, South Salt Lake, UT)

Time: 12:00pm


End of Ride Event

Where: Tracy Aviary Jordan River Nature Center (1125 W 3300 S, South Salt Lake, UT)

Time: 11 a.m. – 3 p.m.

Event will include food trucks, music, participant giveaways, and vendor booths
