Join us for our 2024 Georgia Disability History Symposium!
Start time: 9:00am.

Registration deadline: You must register before September 16, 2024.
This year’s theme is: Home Grown, World Class: Georgia's Contributions to the Movement. We will have a full day with a packed agenda. The keynote speaker will be Charlotte McClain-Nhlapo, Global Disability Advisor, World Bank Group. She formerly was the Coordinator for Disability and Inclusive Development for USAID, was appointed by President Obama to lead initiatives on inclusive international development, and was appointed by Nelson Mandela to the South Africa Human Rights Commission. Presenters will include multiple Georgians, both young and seasoned, who have made important impacts in our state. This event is free but you must register. Lunch will be served. This registration is for on-site participation. We also have a virtual attentance registration here.
