Residents, families and kids alike are invited to participate in this casual, festive parade, complete with mermaids as well as the Oriole Bird, Doc the Tiger & TU Cheerleaders, Ravens Cheerleaders and even the literary favorite Rainbow Fish. It will kick-off the festival and be led by Naptown Brass Band. All are welcome to join the line of march!
