Potential Ministry Sponsor,The staff, coaches, youth, leaders & volunteers of the Fellowship of Christian Athletes Thank you in advance for any interest as a ministry sponsor for our victory dinner. As we prepare for 2024 events & especially two summer camps, we are inviting you to participate as a ministry partner in our organization, here locally. This impacts local youth & Middle/High school students, & College teams on many levels.
Founded in 1954 by Don McClanen (Basketball Coach Oklahoma)- The Fellowship of Christian Athletes are still touching millions of lives, one heart at a time. FCA has been challenging coaches and athletes on the professional, college, high school, junior high and youth levels to use the powerful platform of sport with the transforming power of Jesus Christ. FCA locally has 35 Huddles in 24 different Jr/Sr high school and college campuses. Funds raised will go directly back into all local communities, to engage, equip & empower these youth to be present in their lives, and to show them the love of Christ, community & sport.
Enjoy a Great night of fellowship, family, faith & sport at our victory dinner at the grand ballroom Windber, catered by Flair of County here in Johnstown. We are asking for table/Ad sponsors to help cover the cost of the food prepared for the evening, also to be our guest. Our speaker for this year is retired IUP women’s basketball coach Tom McConnell. He is the most successful head coach in program history, with several DII PSAC titles. He will be sharing his heart & leading us with a powerful message. Also, along with him with be Will Small, current student & Athlete at UPJ and United States Marine.
