Tailgating and fraternizing starts at noon and official Town Hall business, including theme voting, starts at 2:34PM.
This event are BYOWhatever You Need To Be Comfortable. Bring a chair, a beverage to share, and a way to carry it all home with you when you go. It has been a HOT summer, so please bring water and whatever else you need to stay safe. Hat and sunscreen are never a bad idea in Texas. And, as always, Leave No Trace!
If you have a theme camp or art project to showcase or recruit volunteers for, or just a fun thing to share, feel free to set up a booth, art piece, or activity corner.
We're always looking for volunteers to help setup and tear down structures. There will be an ADA porto in the parking lot for those who cannot easily access the warehouse bathrooms or who do not wish to go inside.
