��2024 Fall Cheer and Tackle Registration!!!��All forms found in the forms tab. Please note that all required forms are due at registration, no exceptions. Physicals DO carry over from Spring 2024 flag season. Physicals are the only form transferred from this 2024 Spring season, all other paperwork must be resupplied at fall registration, including birth certificates. Athlete must be present at time of registration to be sized. Season practices may begin August 1st and may continue until mid-November depending on team age and success. Games are on Sundays; competitions are either Saturday or Sunday. Required: copy of birth certificate (may not be a picture), 2024 player/parent contract, 2024 Pop warner medical form, 2024 CPW Physical. Please note that the physician will only be available for the May 7th & 18th registration dates. Cash, check and CC accepted , 3% CC fee.
