The Zambia Institute of Banking & Financial Services (ZIBFS), in collaboration with the Bankers Association of Zambia (BAZ), extends a cordial invitation for you to participate in the 2024 Bankers’ Executive Golf Tournament, scheduled for Friday, 1st November 2024 at the Lusaka Golf Club, starting at 08:00hrs. The event will be held under the theme "Teeing up Health: Leading on and off the Course."The Executive Golf Tournament serves as an extension of the Institute’s commitment to health and wellness for board members, chief executives, directors, and management team members. Under the theme "Teeing up Health," the tournament promotes both physical and mental well-being, emphasizing the critical role of leadership through the mantra "Leading On and Off the Course." This initiative encourages leaders to exemplify health-promoting behaviors in their professional and personal lives.
As a significant event within the financial sector, the tournament is expected to attract participants from across the industry and beyond. It will function as a premier networking platform, enabling leaders at various levels to connect, collaborate, network, and share health-focused initiatives that enhance workplace wellness. Moreover, the event underscores the importance of work-life balance, acknowledging the pivotal role leaders play in prioritizing their own health while fostering a culture of well-being within their teams. Overall, this year's theme advocates for a proactive approach to personal well-being and leadership, creating a lasting impact that transcends the golf event itself.
Please note that a golf team must consist of four (4) participants, and the participation fee for each team of four (4) is K18,000.00. This fee includes refreshments and lunch for all team members. Additionally, if you wish to sponsor more teams for enhanced representation and networking, you are welcome to do so at that fee. Teams will receive a 5% early bird discount for payments made by 30th September 2024, and institutions sponsoring more than one (1) team will receive an additional 5% bulk discount. A range of prizes will be awarded to the winners at the end of the event.
