Greetings!Attached is the entry for 2024 Everton Volunteer Fire Department Fishing Tournament.
There are 2 ways to enter -
1. Mail entry and check/money order via USPS to the address on the form or, contact Chad Gronning at EVFD to make arrangements to drop off to him in person. Chad's number is 765-265-1371
2. Cash only, at the ramp, the morning of the tournament.
Starting positions will once again be determined by day/time received.
Please write on your entry form if you qualify for male/female or adult/child bonus awards
