Known as 'the party with a purpose.' Essence Festival of Culture got its start in 1995, celebrating the 25th anniversary of its namesake magazine Essence. Taking place in the heart of New Orleans, attendees can choose to purchase tickets for the series of concerts at the Mercedes-Benz Superdome or partake in the free daytime activities around the city. This free ticket through Eventbrite is a request ONLY. This ticket does not guarantee you any services offered by A2Z TM. Once you submit your package request through Eventbrite, you will receive a link to the email on file to pay your deposit to A2Z Travel Management, LLC which will secire your reservations for your selected accomodation package. Once your deposit is paid, you will receive a receipt and an invoice for your balance due. Payments towards your balance are due on the 12th of each month with final payment being due 4/12/2024.

Terms and Conditions for Group Travel/Tours/Events

Once your deposit payment is received, an email confirmation of payment and an invoice for balance due will be sent to the email address provided. Your group will share the invoice link to make payments according to the set payment schedule for the event/tour.

Your invoice will outline your trip request and any inclusions, the paid deposit amount, trip total cost, a payment schedule for balance remaining and your trip confirmation number for tracking your investment. A payment reminder will be sent via email and text to phone number provided on this form within 7 days of payment due dates. If payment is not submitted within a 4 day grace period of due date, on the 5th day past the due date, A2Z TM has the right to cancel your trip and all payments received prior to cancellation will be nonrefundable.

If you are having trouble making payments, please contact A2Z TM prior to payment due date to discuss possible options to avoid cancellation and forfeirture of your trip investment.

Each rooming guest must be identified and named as this list is provided to the hotel in order for your group to check in. Please notifiy A2Z TM of any late check in circumstances to avoid cancellations by the hotel for no shows.

Guests are responsible for incidental charges and will be required to present a major credit card to hotel at check in where the hotel may place a hold or process a prepayment in the amount of estimated charges. This does not have to be the same card used to make payments to A2Z TM.

Parking is priced as follows: $39 valet with in/out privileges or $20 self parking. Paid directly to the hotel.

*Deposits/payments are non-refundable from A2Z TM. This policy is non negotiable as accomodations for group itineraries are limited inventory and will not be resold or rebooked in the case of cancellation. In the case of cancellation, contact your travel insurance provider for more options. Travel insurance is HIGHLY suggested. Travel insurance is offered through A2Z TM and is provided by Allianz Global. Lead traveler will hold the policy and all named guests in each room will be covered in case of claim.

*To make additional payments toward your trip prior any due date, refer to your invoice link which will not change. Payments can be made by any major debit/credit card at any time on or before any due date
