2024 Dover Police Department Youth Academy

This is a five-day program that will start from Monday, July 8th, 2024 to Friday, July 12th, 2024. The hours each day will be from 7:30 am - 3:00pm. Upon completion of the first week, there will be a wonderful graduation at 11:00 am.

You may register one or more child, but you must complete a separate registration for each child. Upon completion of registration, you will be contacted by email or phone by a member of our team.

The youth academy is open to both boys and girls ages 10-15. There will be a maximum of 25 recruits that will be accepted. We will provide lunches each day for the youth recruits. We will also include snacks, drinks, and water.

Parents or guardians of registered recruits must complete a required liability waiver and attend a "Mandatory" informational meeting prior to the start of the youth academy. That meeting will be located at the Dover Police Department on June 24th at 6:00 pm.

All recruits must arrive to the academy wearing weather appropriate athletic apparel consisting of a t-shirt, shorts, socks, and athletic sneakers.
