?️♀️We are super excited to announce our annual CrossFit event, "Double Dose"Mark your calendar for the 27th September (Friday before Grand Final public holiday) ?
This year's competition features male and female partners.
Teams will compete for the top spot across three workouts, one floater and, for the lucky ones a final.
With a cash prize ? up for grabs for the Open division, the stakes have never been higher!
Workouts will be released progressively and final workout will be released on the day.
We’re also thrilled to introduce along side our Open and Intermediate divisions, a new Masters division! Ensuring everyone has a chance to compete and shine.
If you’re not competing make sure you come along to watch and support your mates. We will have a coffee van, food truck and our incredible raffle!
