Join us Thursday, October 17, 2024, as we honor Philip R. Wenger, former CEO and President of the Lancaster Conservancy and founder/builder of the Isaac's restaurant chain, as the Pennsylvania Dutch Council's 2024 Distinguished Citizen.
The keynote speaker for the evening will be Capt. Richard Phillips, American Merchant Marine and Author, portrayed by Tom Hanks in the 2013 movie, "Captain Phillips."
The Dinner is the Pennsylvania Dutch Council's leading annual fundraiser which honors an individual who has had a positive impact on the citizens of Lancaster and Lebanon counties and abides by the Scout Oath and Scout Law in their daily life. The event will also celebrate Scouting by featuring each Scouting Program offered locally and highlight several Eagle Scout Projects.
