About this Event
Welcome to the second Hands-Only CPR session of Disaster Preparedness Day!
Hands-only CPR is faster and easier to learn than traditional CPR. This hands-only CPR class will provide participants with the basic knowledge and skills to perform continuous chest compressions until EMS (Emergency Medical Services) arrive on scene to perform more advanced life support. Participants will learn the benefits of hands-only CPR and how to help gain precious time for a person experiencing a cardiac event .
