Join us for our annual Geomatics Conference to learn more about surveying in land development projects, licensing, and future surveying!

The CPP Geomatics Conference will be located at Building 35, Bronco Student Center, at Cal Poly Pomona on September 12, 2024 from 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. Participants must be registered prior to the event or can buy tickets at the door. We will be having industry guest speakers, vendors, and a social hour for networking. Registration and ticket information are as follows:
- Early Bird Registration - $200 from 7/1 - 8/20
- Regular Registration - $250 from 8/20- 9/12
- Multiple Registration Discount (4 or more) - $200 from 7/1-9/12
- At the door - $300 on 9/12
- Non-CPP Student Registration - $30 from 7/1-9/12
- CPP Student Registration is free for all current students. Lunch will not be provided to CPP registrants.
- Vendor Registration includes tickets for up to two people. Extra registration tickets will be priced at $200 each. If you would like to be a vendor, contact Sebastian and Shane at [email protected] for more information.

How do I pay by check?
In the Registration page, under "Order Now". Click "Show other payment options" and "Pay Offline". You can register as normal, please send a check with the following information.

What is the refund policy?
Refunds for cancellation will be made if requested in writing 7 days prior to the event. Please contact [email protected].
Are booths first come first serve or will we be assigned a table?
The booths are first come first serve, but we will reach out to our sponsors first to ask where their preferred locations are.
What are the table dimensions?
The table dimensions are 72" x 30".
A ny items we cannot bring?
NO weapons or alcohol. You may bring any equipment you would like, banners, gifts for students, etc.
Will outlets be available?
Yes, outlets will be available and we will provide some power strips.
What is the timeline for vendors?
Vendors should be at the venue by 7:00am to begin unloading, and it should last around 4 to 4:30 pm after the last break at 4pm. Everyone attending the conference are welcome to join us for social hours, which will be at URSA Minor (same location as lunch) at 5:30pm.
