2024 COF Block Party Vendor Registration

LIMITED SPACES ARE AVAILABLE FOR VENDORS AND BUSINESSES!

A great opportunity to engage with new and returning Colleges of the Fenway students! Join the annual Colleges of the Fenway Block Party on Friday, September 6, 2024 from 5:00-7:00 pm at Emmanuel College (400 The Fenway). Food, music, giveaways, and activities will be provided to students. We expect a minimum of 2,000 engaged students to be in attendance.

This event offers a fantastic opportunity for local businesses and non-profits to engage with a diverse group of students from the Colleges of the Fenway consortium, which includes over 20,000 undergraduate and graduate students from Emmanuel College, Massachusetts College of Art and Design, Massachusetts College of Ph*rm*cy and Health Sciences, Simmons University, and Wentworth Institute of Technology.

• Location: Emmanuel College, 400 The Fenway

• Rain Date: As this is an outdoors event, in case of bad weather, the event will be rescheduled for Friday, September 13, 2024, from 5:00-7:00 PM.

RESTRICTIONS
While most are, not all businesses and organizations are a good fit for this event. Please note that we reserve the right to cancel the registration or sponsorship of any business or organizations including but not limited to political organizations, religious organizations, advocacy groups, hate groups, businesses with adult-themed products or services, and businesses that promote products or services that are not aligned with campus policies.
