The Bridgeport Carnival will be returning to town the 3rd week of June, from 6/18 to 6/22, and with it we hope that our residents will come on out and join us for five more nights of affordable family fun. There will be some changes and new features for this year’s carnival, as we hope to make it the best one yet! The beer and wine garden will be open all five nights of the carnival for the first time, and the carnival will feature live musical acts on all five nights of the carnival for the first time rather just the final three nights. CARNIVAL TICKET PRICING:
$1.50 PER TICKET
20 PACK OF TICKETS IS $25.00
WRISTBANDS (ONE PRICE FOR MOST RIDES) IS $22.00
NOTE: WRISTBANDS WILL NOT BE USED FRIDAY NIGHT
Additionally, the carnival will be featuring local artists, face painters, balloon artists and other fun activities to participate each evening. The carnival will feature the following artists and attraction these evenings from 6:30pm-8:30pm:
June 18: Facepainting Artist Rachel Smith
June 19: Balloon Twisting Artist Scott Myers
June 20: Glitter Tattoo Artist Stephanie Brubaker
June 21: Facepainting Artist Rachel Smith
And to top it off, a new food stand operated by Bridgeport Fire Department will be open for business! The BFD food stand plans to sell great grub like burgers, hot dogs, sausages, tater tots, and a local favorite – fried dough!
Interested in volunteering? All volunteers receive a free wristband for themselves or their child for each night they work, and will be fed by our brand new BFD food stand! We are looking for volunteers to work at the ticket booths each night; it is about a 3.5 hour commitment and we ask that folks are confident with handling money and making change. The local vendor market will be returning again for the 2024 Bridgeport Carnival as well. We will welcome a variety of local vendors, food service, and artisans to come set up a booth on Saturday, June 22, from 3pm to 7pm. Here are the vendors we have lined up for this year market:

The Bridgeport Carnival has always prided itself on featuring activities for the entire family. We have rides, games and prizes for the youth, and we have the beer & wine garden and live music for adults. We try to offer a variety of music as well, which is again going to be on display at the 2024 Bridgeport Carnival bandstand tent! Here is the lineup of musical acts for this summer:
June 18: We kick off the week in groovy sixties style, as we welcome AM Radio back for another year! Take the kids on some rides, then kick back and enjoy a trip down memory lane with the area’s premier tribute to those great tunes from the 60s, 70s, and beyond!
June 19: Wednesday will see the return of Emmanuel Ohemeng III and Perpetual Motion! Manny and his merry band of horn blowing men will be playing an extended set for the first time. If you haven’t see these young men perform their unique blend of jazz, funk and rock at the carnival before, then come on out and witness a great experience!
June 20: Bridgeport Carnival will welcome Highway Run to the stage for the first time! Highway Run is first a foremost a tribute act to the mega-band Journey, but they also specialize in an assortment of “female rock songs” such as Heart, Pat Benatar, and more! We are excited to welcome the band to our event and think they will be a great fit.
June 21: Friday night is the start of the weekend, and what better way to kick back and relax than with the best darn jam band in the Philly Region, The Mighty Manatees! Will Hodgson and his menagerie of gifted musicians play a wide variety of music, from roots to reggae to folk to country and rock.
June 22: Saturday night is always hopping at the Bridgeport Carnival, and the hard rocking Jersey trio Whiskey Grin will be sure to help us cap off another great week with a bang! These guys made their debut at the carnival in 2023, and they had such rave reviews that we simply had to bring them back for another year.
Conshohocken Brewing Company will be running the beer garden all five nights of the carnival; and Cardinal Hollow Winery be be operating the wine garden from June 20-22. The beer and wine garden operation hours are approximately 6pm to 10pm each evening.
