Hi! My name is Abigail, and I am a medical student at Wash U, mother to two little girls, and Air Force wife. I live in Southampton and have spent many hours at Espresso Yourself over the last few years while stressing over exams and pushing around newborns.
My artwork draws from my life with themes around motherhood and medicine. I am naturally very logical and a perfectionist, but art has helped me to explore ideas around being messy, taking time to enjoy the simple things (like good coffee!), and embracing vulnerability and softness. Painting is a way for me to add a little whimsy to my life. I hope you enjoy!
