About this Event
The Society of American Military Engineers (SAME) Denver Metro Post (DMP) is hosting our 8th Annual Design and Construction Issues at Hazardous Waste Sites Symposium (DCHWS) - West. This will be a 2 -1/2 day event providing the latest techniques and challenges when working at Hazardous Waste sites.

We encourage 2024 DCHWS-West Conference attendees to register and book lodging early. The SAME DMP has made a financial commitment to the Grand Hyatt regarding use of lodging at the hotel during the conference (i.e., conference room block); please help us meet our financial commitment to the Grand Hyatt by booking your lodging using the conference room block:

SAME Members (EARLY BIRD PRICING! Fee to increase $25 on 8/30) - $475
SAME Young Members (younger than 40 years of age)(EARLY BIRD PRICING! Fee to increase $25 on 8/30) - $325
Non-SAME Members (SAME Membership is $125; become a member and save $150)(EARLY BIRD PRICING! Fee to increase $25 on 8/30) - $625
Exhibitors (Includes one attendance ticket) – $1,000
Registration includes continental breakfast Thursday and Friday; snacks during breaks; and appetizers at the evening receptions.

On-line Registration will close at midnight on Friday, October 18, 2024, to allow for name tags to be printed and food orders to be finalized.
Walk-ins may be accommodated if the venue is not full. Payment on-site can be made by credit card, cash, or check.
Modifications and Cancelations
Note: Attendee names can be changed in the registration record through October 13, 2024. After that date, the attendee name may be changed but will need to be done by the Registration Team at the event.
If you cancel prior to Friday, October 25, 2024, you will only be charged the processing fee. If you cancel after this time, you will be charged the entire event fee. If you are a no show, no refunds will be given.
If you are due a refund, we typically credit to the credit card used. If that is not feasible, the Post will reach out to you regarding best method for refund to be issued.
