2024 ASBC FINAL AFFAIR

On Sunday, April 28 at The Candian Museum of Human Rights, the Arts Student Body Council at the University of Manitoba will be hosting their annual year-end gala!

Doors will open at 5:30PM where you will be able to experience a self-guided tour towards the Stuart Clark Garden for cocktail hour and appetizers:

Mini pickerel cakes with aioli and tomato salsa

Heirloom tomato bruschetta with goat cheese and balsamic glaze V

Grilled chicken skewers with a Hoisin ginger marinade

Chilled poached tiger prawns with cocktail sauce and lemon GF

Baked Soppressatta wrapped asparagus with herb cream cheese GF

During the self-guided tour, you will be able to enjoy music by Tinge's lead singer - Veronica!

The Dinner will start at 7:00 PM where you will be served:

• Spinach leaves with granny smith apples,

shaved fennel, feta cheese, candied

almonds, dried cranberries and lemon basil

Dressing

• Herb marinated roasted chicken breast

with ginger orange glaze served with chef's

choice of starch and seasonal vegetables

• Vegan/Vegeterian Option: Lentil shepherd’s pie with black lentils,

carrots, and celery topped with mashed

potato and cauliflower

• Maple Crème Brulée with mint and fresh fruit

The Awards will be presented at 7:30 and we will end off the night dancing to the DJ's from NuBounce - Reymart Cruz and Chelsie Sobrevinas!

There will also be a Photobooth Station by RBMPhotography and a Poutine Bar at 10:00PM.

There will also be a raffle that you can enter with donations from Rae and Jerry's, Birchwood Honda Pointe West, Riley Grae, Chaeban Ice Cream and many more!
