2024 Arlington Park Haunted Trail Carnival - Vendor Registration

Dear Local Business Owners and Non-profit Leaders,

We are thrilled to invite you to participate in the City of Sarasota Parks & Recreation Department's Haunted Trail Carnival at the Arlington Park & Aquatic Complex on Friday, October 18, 2024, from 5:00 PM to 6:30 PM. This spooktacular event promises an evening of games, trick-or-treating, and festive fun for local kids and families—and we want you to be part of it!

As a valued community vendor, you’ll have the unique opportunity to set up a booth at no cost and showcase your business while providing a family-friendly activity. Whether it’s a ring toss for candy, coloring pages, or small crafts, your interactive game or activity will engage children aged 12 and under and make their Halloween extra special.

• Event Date & Time: Friday, October 18, 2024, from 5:00 PM to 6:30 PM
• Event Location: Arlington Park & Aquatic Complex, 2650 Waldemere Street, Sarasota
• Vendor Set-Up: Please arrive between 4:00 PM and 4:30 PM for setup and plan to stay until 7:00 PM
• Expected Attendance: 1,500-2,000 attendees
• Important Note: Vendors are not permitted to charge for activities or engage in any sales during the event without prior written approval from the event organizers.
