2024 ANZBake Competition

The Baking Trade Show are very pleased to announce the 2 ANZBake teams that will compete on Thursday June 20 at the baking trade show for the international title of ANZBake. This prestigious event makes its return after many years of discussions and planning. It will coincide with the Excellence in Baking competition area. The 2 national teams will be asked to to bake some really home hitting products including Lamingtons, Pavlova and the Lamb Pie!!!!
