Annual June Session for U.M.W. Scottish Rite Grand Lodge A.F. & A.M. of Texas, Queen of Sheba Grand Chapter of Texas and Grand Juvenile Department, L.U.P. of Texas.

DELEGATE KITS

Early Bird Registration begins on Monday, July 03, 2023, and Onsite Registration begins on Saturday, June 22, 2024, at 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Each delegate must register with the sum of $100.00 for Early Bird purchase or $110.00 Onsite. Delegates’ kit includes: Delegate Badge, Fun Night and Scholarship Banquet Tickets. The Early Bird Elevation and Shrine/Sphinx Dance Ticket may be purchased for $50.00 or Onsite $55.00.

Youth Registration: Each delegate must register with the sum of 40.00. Kit includes Delegate Badge and Tuesday Fun Night Fun Ticket. No split packages for youth.

REGALIA

All Master Masons must come dressed in a black or dark blue suit, with a white shirt, black bow tie, white apron (trimmed in blue) and black shoes. Worshipful Masters should wear the regalia of their office.

All delegates with the High Degree should bring their High Degree Regalia, as the same must be worn in all high degree meetings. Master Mason regalia are to be worn in the Blue Lodge meeting only.

All Eastern Star must come in a white uniform, white oxfords or white nurse loafers (NO OPEN TOES), white gloves, white hose, a five-colored sash, and a white fez. Worthy Matrons must wear their robe and crown throughout the entire session.

All delegates with the High Degree should bring their High Degree Regalia, as the same must be worn in all high degree meetings.

Youth Department: Girls must wear a plain white dress, white shoes, white stockings or white socks, white gloves and red cape. Boys must wear dark blue or black pants, white shirts, black shoes, black bowtie, white apron and white gloves.

9:00 a.m. Joint meeting of The Grand Lodge (Ballroom C-D) and The Grand Chapter (Ballroom A-B) will be called on with the sound of the gavel by the Most Worshipful Grand Master/Grand Patron/Grand Father Grand Patron, Terry L. Howard, 33°.

9:00 am The Grand Youth Department will open for regular business at 9:00 a.m., Grand Mother Matron in charge or appointee. (Lonestar)

Noon - Lunch

1:30 p.m........The Grand Lodge will be called from refreshment to labor with the sound of the gavel by the Hon. Terry L. Howard, 33°, Grand Master (Ballroom C-D)

1:30 p.m........The Grand Chapter will be called on by the Grand Patron or the Grand Associate Patron who will present the gavel to the Grand Matron (Ballroom A-B)

The final meeting for all three Departments to close out this Session and give instructions. Closing remarks by the Grand Youth Matron, Worthy Grand Matron/Exalted Grand Mother Matron, and final remarks by the Most Worshipful Grand Master/Grand Patron/Grand Father Grand Patron. This Grand Session will come to a close by the sound of the gavel with subject to a call, by the Grand Master Terry L. Howard, 33°. The joint meeting will open on time so that we can turn out on time in order for delegates to get an early start for their destinations.
