Playcrafters will be holding our annual Membership Meeting, and we need YOU to attend! At this meeting, we will review all the exciting things that have happened with Playcrafters this past year, vote in our two new board members, and more! Our annual meeting details are as follows:
What: Annual Meeting
Date: Sunday, October 13th, 2024
Where: Playcrafters Barn Theatre | 4950 35th Ave Moline, IL
When: 12:30-2 PM (Social Hour/Potluck)
2-3 PM (Membership Meeting)
*Please bring a dish/snack to share during the social hour!
Membership requirements:
Any person eighteen (18) years of age or older may become a voting member of this organization who subscribes to these By-laws and who expresses a desire to further the objectives of this organization and participates in any facet of the organization's activities at least once during the fiscal year (Volunteered their time acting, working backstage, or helping in concessions, ushering, or box office).
