EASTERN HILLS AFL MASTERS NOTICE OF AGM – 2024
The Committee would like to provide notice that the Annual General Meeting shall be held as per the details below.
When – Wednesday 4th December 2022
Time – 6pm sharp
Where – Ron Jose Oval (Main Clubroom)
What you need to know –
• We will conduct the AGM and once proceedings are finalised, we will launch straight into our summer training.
• We will also provide a free sausage sizzle after training.
• If you have any matters you would like raised on the agenda as General Business can you please email [email protected] at least 7 days prior to the AGM.
• The Committee will take general questions from the floor on the night; however, time is limited. Questions can be raised with the committee at any time before or afterwards.
• If you would like to nominate for a Committee Position in 2025 please complete the nomination form and return it to [email protected]
