Join The Ability Experience for a fun weekend ride from New York City to Albany, NY over the weekend of September 27-30, 2024!Cycle the 3-day, 200+ mile route from New York City to Troy, NY on the newly minted Empire State Trail! You will start in the heart of lower Manhattan, make your way through New York City and up through the Hudson River valley.
Event Itinerary:
- Friday, Sept 27 - Travel to New York City, sightsee, hotel stay
- Saturday, Sept 28 - Cycle to Pawling, NY (75 miles), cabin stay
- Sunday, Sept 29 - Cycle to Hudson, NY (80 miles), Airbnb stay
- Monday, Sept 30- Cycle to Troy NY (50 miles), Celebration lunch at the Alpha Tau chapter house and team departs home
Registration capped at 15 cyclists. First come, first serve.
