We invite you and your family to join the “4th Annual Walk-a-Thon in Support of the Weekend Backpack Food Program."
The 2Twenty Club is a non-profit organization dedicated to sharing 2 hours and $20 monthly with children and families in need, aiming to build a happier and more vibrant community.
The Weekend Backpack Food Program supports students in need by providing a package containing 11 items, including breakfast, lunch, dinner, beverages, and snacks. This package ensures that students have adequate and nutritious food at home on Saturdays and Sundays when school is not in session.
The 2Twenty Club has approximately 320 members and supporters who volunteer their time and resources. Over the past 17 years, the club has been acknowledged for its exceptional contributions to the community.
The two-mile trail walk check-in will begin at 8:30 AM on Saturday, September 28th, at Shelter A, Burke Lake Park, 7315 Ox Rd, Fairfax Station, VA. 2Twenty Club members and volunteers will lead the walk.
This event will allow communities to work together and share our love with needy neighbors.
