The Black Mountain Bowmen 2024 Wednesday Night 3D League awards BBQ & potluck will be held at BMB (in the "picnic" area between the parking lot and the practice range) on Saturday, June 29, starting at 12PM.Everyone who participated in or volunteered at any one of our 2024 3D League events is invited, along with friends/family. In addition to serving up tasty eats and handing out awards to the League winners, we will be raffling off prizes--each League participant receives one ticket.
We will be serving up some grilled meats and will provide drinks (water, soda) and flatware (plates, utensils); if you want, please bring a side dish, salad, dessert, or any other dish you'd like to share. (Quick reminder: per County Park rules, alcoholic beverages are not allowed, sorry!)
We encourage everyone interested in attending to RSVP (via this form: https://forms.gle/7dqXWpBQG7AfLoHb7) so that we can make sure we've got enough food and drinks for everyone. (We are requesting your E-mail address in case we need to send you updates about this particular event.)
