You're invited to the Veolia's Mid-Atlantic Branch 2024-2025 Annual Business & Training Meeting!
The Annual Business & Training meeting at Veolia's Mid-Atlantic Branch is a highly anticipated event that brings all employees together for a day of training, recognition, and celebration. It allows employees from various departments within Veolia's MAB to connect and collaborate, fostering a sense of unity and teamwork among individuals who may not interact regularly in their day-to-day work. By bringing everyone together, the Annual Business & Training Meeting promotes a shared understanding of the company's goals, values, and strategies.
The choice of the Richmond Marriott as the venue for this year's meeting adds to the overall experience. Situated in the heart of downtown Richmond, the hotel offers easy access to the city's rich history and vibrant culture.
The hotel offers incredible amenities including an indoor pool, fitness center, on-site restaurant and bar, and a business center. With its central location, attendees can enjoy walks along the James River, explore the nearby Virginia State Capitol, or visit the many museums and historical sites in the area.

NEED TO KNOW INFORMATION:
- RSVP: All employees attending the event must RSVP by "purchasing" a ticket through this platform. Purchase ONLY ONE TICKET regardless of whether or not you are bringing a guest. When purchasing the ticket at checkout, you will list if you are bringing a guest, if you need a hotel room, etc.
- GUESTS: Employees are responsible for thier guests. All guests must be aged 21 or older.
- EVENT & RESERVATION CHANGES: Contact Francis Williams. Do not purchase a ticket or complete this form more than once.
- PARKING: The company will cover the "self-park" parking costs for ONE vehicle per employee, per night. Additional vehicles, and vehicles parked using Valet services, will not be covered by the company, and the guest/employee will be financial responsible
- ROOM INCIDENTALS: Employees checking in will be required to present a credit card to the hotel to be authorized for $50 a night, to cover the cost of any incidentals incured during your stay. This is an authorization only, and will be released upon checkout if no incidentals are used.
- HOTEL NIGHTS: We have a room block for Thursday and Friday nights. A Thursday night stay is authorized for individuals traveling from Creedmor or Mooresville, NC, or those on the Employee Engagement committee who are coming early to setup. All other employees and guests are authorized to stay Friday night. If you wish to extend your stay to Saturday or Sunday night, the hotel is offering discounted room block rates however you would be financially responsible.
- HOTEL APP: Download the 'MARRIOT BONVOY' on your mobile device for a hotel map, amenities information, event page, and more!
- BUS/VAN TRANSPORT: A separate google form survey will be sent to ask if employees are interested in a bus or van service provided by the company to transport to and from the event
- FOOD & BEVERAGE: Lunch, Snacks, and Dinner will be served buffet style with a diverse menu and variety of options and accommodations for those who have dietary restrictions.
- ALCOHOL: Alcohol will be available during dinner. Employees and guests will recieve a set number of drink tickets to redeem for alcholic beverages. Employees must drink responsibly, keeping in mind company policies and procedures.
- DRESS CODE: Business Casual

Info: Check In & register for the event, receive a welcome bag with raffle tickets, name tag, drink tickets, and hotel info. Lunch will also be served at this time. (NOTE: Hotel check-in is at 4pm, so employees should leave luggage with bellhop until check-in time.)
