OPTION A is $200.00 per SCOUT BSA (11+ by 10/01/24) for (a) Jason & the Dragonauts Team Shirt, (b) ONE competition listed: Santa Fe Dam, (c) in person merit badge sessions. (d) Jason & the Dragonauts Team Patch, and (e) 2024 DUES with LA Harbor Dragon Boat Club.

OPTION X is $525.00 per TEENAGER (13+ by 10/01/24) for

1. SIX Dragon Boat Races in 2024-2025 with Jason and the Dragonauts from JULY 2024 through JUNE 2025.
2. 12-months programming liability insurance with Venturing Crew 333 (Dragonauts Crew 333) from JULY 2024 through JUNE 2025.
3. 2024 + 2025 Dues for LA Harbor Dragon Boat Club.

2) Travel expenses to and from competitions in California and Nevada not included.

3) Merit Badge Counselor Sessions will be shared with the Scout Roster ON AUGUST 4, 2024 via the EVENTBRITE PLATFORM. All sessions are in person - either on Race Days or Sundays after practice.

4) Nova Engineering Award - START YOUR ENGINES (Scouts BSA) or POWER UP (Venturers/Sea Scouts) - Session(s) are in person during LA County Race Day.

5) What to Bring ON RACE DAY(S): 10 essentials for day on the water + BLUE CARD(s) + Camp Chair.

6) Each Race costs approximately $50.00/racer.

7) The BSA Race Shirt costs $50 each - manufactured by an official BSA licensee - ClassB.com.

8) WOODEN PADDLES AND LIFE VESTS ARE PROVIDED AT EVERY RACE by the race organizers.

9) Wooden Paddles and life vests are provided at every practice session at LA Harbor Dragon Boat Club.

10) SIGN UP SCOUT USING THEIR NAME AND THEIR EMAIL ADDRESS.

11) FIRST PRACTICE DAY - BRING COMPLETED ACTIVITY WAIVERS + BSA MEDICAL FORM AB TO CHECK IN WITH PERSONAL FITNESS MERIT BADGE COUNSELOR:

12) FIRST PRACTICE DAY - PERSONAL FITNESS MERIT BADGE SESSION FOR REQUIREMENTS #1, #2, #3, #4, #5, #6, #7 WILL TAKE PLACE AFTER DRAGON BOAT PRACTICE.

ABOUT DRAGONAUTS CREW 333 for 13-20 year olds:

Venturing Crew 333 aka Dragonauts Crew 333 is the only BSA dragon boat racing venturing crew in the world. Founded by Scouts from 5 different BSA Councils: Western Los Angeles County Council, Greater Los Angeles Area Council, California Inland Empire Council, Long Beach Area Council, and Las Vegas Area Council in 2021.

Dragonauts Crew 333 usually meets on the FIRST and THIRD SUNDAYS all over Southern California in Lunch-and-Learns between 11:30 AM - 1:30 PM.
