Track is BACK and you're invited. Open to anyone who wants to run... come join me for some coach-led fun (hopefully in the sun) with friends! Focussing on warm up/form/and specific intervals adapted from the current research on ex phys, we'll do some traditional and some modern sessions to get those Fast Feet primed and ready to FLY.
Starting with 400s, we're going to slowly build up a foundation then extend out the intervals.
IF you've been waiting to come to Thursday runs, NOW is your chance to really get some high quality training, community time and just enjoy playing running.
Let's plan on the Middle School and if it's taken we'll check out the High school.
Come join the fun, the community and get fit as you know what this year!
5:45pm for our first week and 6:00pm weekly from there on out.
