2023 Wellness Retreat at La Foret

Wellness day retreat from 11-8pm nestled in the Blue spruce house at the aspen forest sanctuary of the La Foret Conference & Retreat center in Black Forest, Colorado. The blue spruce house sits adjacent to the large community labyrinth & fire pit area which are all included in the days offerings. This years day retreats are hosted on April 29th in celebration of Beltane & June 4th, aligning with the full moon in Sagittarius ♐️?️
Energetic investment of $222 for the day retreat; overnight accommodations in the yurt village or cabins are also available, just reach out for more information on those options as spaces at La Foret rent quickly in spring and summer!
Day retreat includes all amenities, food & beverages with lunch served at 1:30 and charcuterie boxes at 6pm for a light dinner to ground before the evenings final ceremonies. Healthy snacks are also available on the kitchenette area, and feel free to bring your own if needed due to restrictions. Vegan or gluten free options are always available, please reach out to select alternative meals during registration so we can order meals accordingly.
This years retreat includes guided shamanic journeys beginning with setting sacred space with a walk of remembrance at the center of the labyrinth moving outward; a burning and living water purification & anchoring light within ceremonies, earthing meditations and working with healing Mother Earth collectively. Demonstrations on ancestral & womb space healings (for both men & women) in addition to teachings, workshops and group approaches to conscious community through holding sacred space with hands on healing. Drumming and open ecstatic dance at the bonfire to conclude. It's time to remember together.
