2023 Washington ITE/IMSA Annual Joint Meeting - Sponsor Registration

The ITE Washington and the Northwest Section of IMSA are hosting the annual vendor exhibition. This exhibition is held in conjunction with the annual joint meeting of these two professional associations. This will be an excellent opportunity for you to display your products to the transportation engineers, signal electricians, and traffic technicians of the great Northwest. Mark your calendars for Tuesday, February 7th, 2023. 

ITE/IMSA 2023 will return to IN PERSON at the Bellevue Hilton this year which features a larger exhibition space to accommodate the high interest and excitement that this event typically draws.  Past ITE/IMSA conferences have reached over 350 people attending.   The ITE/IMSA conference will once again be free-admission for those attending the technical sessions and exhibition hall.  This has been an important hallmark for this meeting to encourage attendance from ITE and IMSA membership.  ITE and IMSA continues to maintain this long-standing tradition to ensure that our participating vendors get the most out of this conference.   

Sponsorships :

We will continue previous year’s sponsorship packages. The ITE and IMSA sponsorships will help support the conference to keep it free for attendees, and help fund the Washington State Section's annual student scholarships for the next generation of aspiring transportation engineers and planners. It is also an opportunity for your company to highlight their participation support for ITE/IMSA. Sponsorship also provides access to priority selection for exhibit space and technical presentation timeslots, along with other great benefits. 

Sponsorship Levels: Platinum $2,500, Gold $2,000, Silver $1,250 

A deposit for sponsorship registration will take place online using Eventbrite only.  An invoice will be sent to you with the balance and will be due January 5, 2023.

Booth Registration:

General registration will be open for purchasing booth spaces on Monday November 14th at 9AM PST. Late registration start December 17th.

NEW THIS YEAR - We will be having vendors select booth spaces when registering! Separate Eventbrite registration for booth coming soon.

Technical Seminars:

There will be a total of up to 20 vendor seminars with 5 technical seminars running concurrently. Vendor seminars are 25 minutes in length and may be focused on marketing your product(s), but we encourage the presentations to be more educational in nature to promote the best attendance. The cost for each seminar is $100, with a maximum of 2 entries per company/firm.

Seminars registration opens Monday November 14th at 9AM PST.

Lunch:

This year lunch registration for vendors must be purchased separately. Lunch costs $65 and opens Monday November 14th at 9AM PST.
