What are my parking options? Ample parking is available in any of the L'Auberge parking lots or garage.  FREE valet parking is also available, so you can drop your car off just outside the entrance to the event center!

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event? Bringing your ticket will make check-in at the event quicker and easier for you.  We'll still be able to check you in if you don't have it - but it might take a little longer.

What is the refund policy? Refunds will be available until 3 days prior to the event.

Can I get text message updates? Yes, we will send limited reminders or messages about the TRENDS program by SMS or text messaging.  You may receive these messages by signing-up on the TRENDS website, or by entering your cell phone during the ticket registration/purchase process.  Msg&data rates may apply.
