Please read these instructions thoroughly!**THIS EVENTBRITE PAGE IS FOR ARTIST REGISTRATION ONLY** "Earlybird" PASSPORTS (general public visitor tickets) are only $15 (admit 2). Regular tickets ($20) will go on sale in January, 2023. No unpurchased tickets will be released to artists or organizations. 2023 SOUTH VALLEY ART TOUR! Show and sell your art in the comfort of your own creative space on Saturday, March 25 and Sunday, March 26, 2023 during our annual South Valley Art Tour. At this event, you will help us increase the value of the arts in Tulare County by providing our community with the following:1) the opportunity to further understand the value of your art, possibly through live demonstrations.2) insights into your individual creative processes.3) a behind the scenes look at the different phases or facets of your artwork.4) The South Valley Art Tour also allows you to answer questions and make more personalized relationships with prospective clients.BENEFITS TO YOU INCLUDE:1) 50% discount on all SVAT "Passport" purchases (visitor guidebooks/event maps) - you may resell or gift the SVAT passports at your convenience, but please inform the recipients that the original price is $20 per book.2) No extra fees or commission on sales you make in the comfort of your own creative space.3) Permitted shared spaces allow for networking with other artists and learning new ways to display your own work.4) Social media and printed promotion along with marketing support upon request (we print mailers for you if you agree to pay the postage). REGISTRATION:In order to receive all of the marketing benefits listed below; all artists and organizations must register before Sunday, December 4th 2022, before 11:59PM.Registration for South Valley Art Tour is now $75 for non-members of the Arts Consortium.Registration to our South Valley Art Tour is still only $50.00 for Arts Consortium Members. Also, Tulare County artists without a studio space of their own may feel free to combine their creative forces and show space with other artists. If you do not know someone who might host you, we can help find you a shared space!Our 2023 South Valley Art Tour will feature artist studios located SOUTH of Highway 198. Three Rivers will not be included in 2023. If your studio is located North of 198, we will be featuring you again in 2024; however, you can still show your work at a studio South of 198 if you know anyone with a venue on the South side of the county. The Arts Consortium will not be able to host artists indoors anymore, but we will do our best to connect you with a venue if you need one. Registration fees are non-refundable.INSTRUCTIONS:Contact the Arts Consortium to confirm your membership and receive your discount code ([email protected]).Then, in this eventbrite page, click on the button labeled "tickets" to register as a participating artist in our 2023 tour. Through the "ticket" purchasing process you will be able to apply your discount code, specify parking instructions, available services to visitors (such as handicap accessibility, parking, restrooms), and DETAILED instructions on how to find the entrance to your show space from the main road (pretend that you are giving directions to someone visiting from overseas, who does not have access to google maps).*To prevent spam, Eventbrite requires a time limit on registration. Artists will have one hour to complete registration.For a sample of the questions please email us or call us and we will provide the questions to allow you to copy and paste information as needed. Thank you!---- By purchasing your "ticket"/registering to our 2023 South Valley Artists Studio Tour, you agree to the following terms and conditions:---- You agree to email 3-7 images of your artwork at no less than 300 dpi. resolution immediately after you register for your space, to [email protected]. ---- You agree to be present in your stated location on both Saturday and Sunday from 10am to 5pm.---- You agree that you may purchase 10 "Passport" guide books at $10 each and that you will inform anyone you resell these books to that the Arts Consortium will be selling the same books for $20 and that any discount that you may provide them comes as an artist perk.---- You agree to have at least 30% of your displayed original art work available for purchase to the general public---- You also agree to provide detailed instructions for people to find your studio and that you will respond promptly to Arts Consortium emails (regarding the proofing of your "passport" catalogue page, ticket sales, and event updates). If you do not provide us with the correct information regarding your location or with the requested feedback on promotional items, we will consider your non-response as consent to proceed with our best judgement.--- Failure to comply with any of these conditions will constitute as grounds for being removed from future South Valley Art Tours.
