Somnium Spring Fling 2023?️♀️CROSSFIT COMPETITION ?️♂️
Somnium Fitness will be hosting our 3rd annual CrossFit competition.

Here are the details of the competition:
DIVISIONS: M/M, F/F, Rx and Novice
DATE: 4/22/2023 (8AM - 4PM)
LOCATION: Somnium Fitness - 7523 Ave J, Norfolk, Virginia, United States
PRICE: $200/Team and Shirts are INCLUDED. Early bird registration (Before 3/25) = $150/Team (Use code EARLYBIRD2023)
PRIZES: There will be CASH prizes for the top 3 RX Teams. 1st = $500, 2nd = $300, 3rd = $200
WHAT TO BRING: Workout gear, Change of Clothes, Food and refreshments for the day. We have water fountains on site.
WHAT NOT TO BRING: If you plan to bring a pet they will be required to stay outside for safety reasons
PARKING INFORMATION: There will be parking surrounding the building as well as the parking lot directly across from the gym's entrance. We also ave a grass lot which will be used for parking.
REFUNDS: Shirt orders will be placed well before the competition date so we will not be able to refund any payments made for the shirts. You may transfer your registration to another team or competitor though, no problem.
Here is a quick rundown of the baselines each division will have:
* RX
* Lift at least 225/155 pounds from ground to overhead
* High Level gymnastics
* High proficiency in all foundational movements
* Novice
* Lift at least 135/95 pounds from ground to overhead
* Comfortable hanging from a bar
* Proficient in most foundational movements
