A team representative MUST ATTEND this meeting to register your team. You MUST SUBMIT your team sponsor fee at this meeting (Men & Women @ $215 / Coed @ $165). This is the only managermeeting a team representative will have to attend.

Time: 6:30 pm
Sponsor Fee: Men & Women @ $215 / Coed @ $165 (must bring to this meeting)Must pay with Check, Card, or exact Cash. Make checks payable to DPR. This “Sponsor Payment” will secure your team spot for league play. If the team backs out at a later date and arrangements by DPRD cannot be made to fill the spot, the team
sponsor payment is forfeited.
