Run Your Heart Out (RYHO) in Support of the Manitoba Mutts Dog Rescue (MMDR)!

Proceeds from this event will help to pay expenses such as vet bills, food, and other necessities to care for rescued dogs and cats.
This is a fun event for supporters and alumni to get together for a great cause. The Fun Run/Walk is family friendly and open to all ages, and is a pet friendly course! We have our usual 5K Fun Run / Walk, and are doing a 10K Fun Run / Walk this year as well (replacing the past 8K Fun Run / Walk).
