2023 National Jigsaw Puzzle Competition

The aim of the competition is to complete a jigsaw puzzle as fast as possible, in the shortest amount of time. The competition consists of three divisions that are held at different times, so you can register in all divisions. No experience level is required and children must be accompanied by an adult. There are prizes to be won for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place in both divisions. All participating registered jigsaw puzzlers will keep their competition puzzle that is sponsored by Ravensburger.

CATEGORIES:

• PAIRS have 2 hours to assemble a jigsaw puzzle of 500 pieces. Entry cost, $70 per pair.
• TEAMS have 2 hours to assemble a jigsaw puzzle of 500 pieces. Entry cost, $120 per team.
• INDIVIDUALS have 3 hours to assemble a jigsaw puzzle of 500 pieces. Entry cost, $50 per person.

Date: Saturday 18th November 2023

Times: 9am - 11am (Pairs), 12pm - 2pm (Teams), 3pm - 6pm (Individuals) 

Venue: Roundhouse, University of NSW, International Rd, Kensington NSW 2052

*Registration for PAIRS start from 8am, TEAMS start from 11am and INDIVIDUALS start from 2pm, so please arrive earlier before the competition commences. 

RULES:

• 1st, 2nd and 3rd place of the individual division will be awarded to Australian residents only.
• The jigsaw puzzle box is not to be opened until the competition starts.
• In the event no puzzle is completed, the individual/pairs/team to complete the most of any given puzzle(s) will be deemed the winner.
