The 2023 Midlands Heart Walk for the American Heart Association will be Saturday, March 25, 2023 beginning at 8 am at Segra Park
Heart Disease is the #1 killer of women. It is also easily preventable with a healthy diet and exercise. What a better way to battle against this disease with a walk.
You can register for the Heart Walk at the link below. Everyone will register as individuals, but we will meet before the walk so that we can all walk together.
