9:00 AM – 10:00 AM JOINT SESSION/LONG RANGE MEETING- BALLROOM North
District Commander and District Auxiliary President, whose District Patriot’s Pen entry won State Level, and
District Voice of Democracy winners are requested to be at the Lobby in order to greet their respective District
VOD Winner (All 10 District Winners) and escort them to the IOWA BCDE Room. Teacher of the Year
chairman is requested to be at the Lobby in order to greet the respective Department Winner and escort them to
the IOWA BCDE Room. Winners and their guests will be seated with District Commander and District
President at their assigned table for the Luncheon. District winners must be at the Hotel no later than 11:15
A.M. Saturday January 28, 2023.
**Note: This is to advise you that the Post Relief Fund may be used to help defray the
travel costs for your Post Service Officer to attend the school of instruction. We would
like to see many Post Service Officers attend the class on Saturday morning
