Unlimited Shots, Mardi Gras Punch, Games & Prizes, Music on the bus and of course Mardi Gras Beads and masks to get you started!
See the city, watch the parades, catch beads, party on Bourbon Street, eat great cajun food, and enjoy live music!!
RAIN OR SHINE MARDI GRAS PARTY BUS WILL GO ON!!!!
Itinerary:
• 1:00 A.M.(est) Saturday 18, 2023 Location: Walmart Supercenter Conyers, Ga
• Please be at the pickup location before the bus arrives. The bus will depart promptly at 1:30 A.M. We are not responsible for cars left in the parking lot. It is highly encouraged that you have someone drop you off and pick you up.
• Refresh stop- You will have 45 minutes to freshen up at The New Orleans Welcome Center to prepare for your party drop off in New Orleans.
• Everyone will be dropped off at Harrah's Casino.
• Buses will leave New Orleans (SAME AS DROP OFF PLACE) at 2:00 A.M. (Central Time) arrive in Conyers around 12:00 P.M. Sunday February 19, 2023

• Important Info:
◦ Must be 21 years of age or older.
◦ In addition, we are not responsible nor held liable for motor coach malfunctions during the trip.
◦ While this is a party please remember safety first and respect each other passengers.
◦ No illegal drugs will be tolerated if you violate the rule you will be immediately removed from the bus with no refund.
◦ This is a party bus! There will be drinking. Remember to eat before boarding the bus. PLEASE KNOW YOUR LIMIT. Any violent or beligerant riders will be removed from the trip.
Things you can bring:
◦ Pillow and blanket
◦ Small Cooler that can fit under your feet on the bus - NO STYROFOAM.
◦ Food and Drinks - (B.Y.O.B)
◦ Small overnight bag with Toiletries (soap, deodorant, toothpaste, wash cloths, etc.) To freshen up at Welcome Center
Payment Plan Schedule/Dates: This trip is $150.00 per person:
◦ Deposit: Due at time of booking - $50 per person
◦ Monthly Payment: Due on January 13, 2023 - $50.00 per person
◦ Final Payment: Due on February 13, 2023- Remaining balance
NOTE: Deposits & payments are per person & NON-REFUNDABLE
If any payment is more then 72 hours(3 days) late there will be $15 Late Fee. No Refunds!
Cancellation policy:
All purchases are non refundable! No Refunds! All Sales are FINAL! This trip is Rain or Shine! No refunds will be given due to inclement weather.
No Refunds will be issued regardless of any transportation issues, illness, or death, including but not limited to covid-19, monkey pox, or any disorder or disease prior, during, or after trip.
