2023 Joyful Pose Yoga Retreat

Spend 4 days and 3 nights in the beautiful mountains of Sandpoint, ID. This yoga retreat is hosted by Joyful Pose Yoga at the gorgeous Talus Rock Retreat location. Spend your long weekend disconnecting from sensory overload and stress with daily yoga practice including asana (movement), mediation, yoga nidra (yoga sleep), sound bath and therapeutic yoga workshops.

The 30-acre property includes a sauna, hot tub, fire pit, outdoor pool, access to hiking, fishing, paddle boarding, kayaking and many other outdoor adventures.

Food will be provided each day along with a schedule of yoga practices to choose from.

Reservations are made by room, but each room can hold multiple guests. Be sure to check how many can fit in each room; enjoy the room all to yourself or invite your friends or spouse to join you for the long weekend! If Multiple booking options are offered to meet everyone's budget!

Kristen Gustke with Joyful Pose Yoga will be the lead instructor guiding your practice throughout the weekend. Kristen is a Yoga Therapist (E-RYT500, YACEP, S-IAYT) specializing in chronic pain. She is an Anusara-Inspired yoga instructor trained under the lineage of Amy Ippoliti, Karen Sprute-Francovich, Indu Arora, Shanti Shanti Kaur Khalsa, Chinnamasta Stiles, Swami Lisa Pearson, Neil Pearson, John Friend, and Doug Keller. Combined with a university level education in Anatomy, Physiology, and Exercise Science, her teachings focus on optimal alignment for wellness, injury prevention and pain-relief.
