We welcome friends, family, and community partners to join us in recognizing and celebrating the 2023 James H. Gilliam, Sr. Fellows of the Metropolitan Wilmington Urban League.
Come experience and engage the dynamic program’s 6th Annual Cohort of leaders as they present key-learnings on building their capacity as policy-makers, advocates, and community organizers.
