Bras For A Cause is a non-profit organization passionate about helping cancer patients that are uninsured or under-insured have access to cancer treatments at Guadalupe Regional Medical Center.Our eighth annual event is set for 6:30 p.m. Thursday, March 2 at the Seguin Events Complex - Coliseum.
It’s a fun way to raise money to support local cancer patients in Seguin and the surrounding areas.
The charity performance by first responders showcase their dance skills while they model ornately decorated bras. These elaborated decorated undergarments are designed, created and sponsored by local businesses, organizations and individuals. The beautiful brassieres are auctioned off as they are being displayed by each gentleman model.
In addition to the live performance and auction, the evening also includes a pick-of-the-litter raffle, a bucket raffle, dinner and drinks. The entire evening is full of light-hearted fun, raising awareness and raising money to help people in our local community fighting all forms of cancer.
A portion of the proceeds are donated directly to Guadalupe Regional Medical Foundation Cancer Assistance Fund.
Proceeds from 2018 Bras For A Cause event established the All Cancer Endowment through the Guadalupe Regional Medical Foundation. The Bras For A Cause Endowment will provide assistance to men, women, teens, and children impacted by ALL TYPES of CANCER receiving cancer-related services at GRMC.
We have table sponsorships — VIP premium, deluxe and regular — and a very limited number of individual tickets available for purchase.
Tickets are $70 each.
Regular tables are $550 and include reserved seating for eight, and table recognition.
Deluxe tables are $750 and include deluxe seating for eight, name in program and table recognition.
Premier tables are $1,000 and include VIP status, early arrival, premier seating for eight, a commemorative beverage glass, name in the program and table recognition.
