2023 Florida Teacher of the Year Gala

The Florida Department of Education proudly invites you to celebrate Florida's Teachers of the Year at the Teacher of the Year Gala, presented by Florida Prepaid. The Gala will recognize all 74 District Teachers of the Year for their commitment to excellence in education and announce the 2023 Florida Teacher of the Year. Florida is a national leader in education, due in large part to the hard work and dedication of our state's teachers. The District Teachers of the Year were selected from more than 180,000 teachers statewide, and this event is a tremendous opportunity to recognize and thank them for the contributions they make to their students and to the field of education

Registration

Check in for the Gala will be available in the Palazzo Foyer at 6:00 p.m. with a cash bar available. The Gala will start promptly at 7:00 p.m. in the Palazzo Ballroom.

Parking

Parking for guests not staying in the hotel is as follows: The self-parking lot costs $32.00 per day and valet parking costs $47.00 per day.
