2023 Female Sport Summit

The event’s primary objective is to spotlight the skills often overlooked in the pursuit of excellence and create awareness as to their potential impact on the unique journey of the female athlete. Identifying and understanding the often-unquantifiable aspects of performance and how they can shape experience and enjoyment of sport are vital to realistic goal setting. The intentional development of these skills can be keys to continuous improvement, sustainable performance and success in life and sport.

Through interactive workshops, key note speakers and round table discussions, this inspiring summit will encourage exploration on topics such as confidence, nerves, fear, identity, emotions and decision making. Participants will leave with heightened self-awareness and relevant tools to overcome adversity while strengthening their love of sport.

​Coaches and parents are encouraged to register and take part throughout the conference. Certified Coaches will be granted 3+ towards their coaching points.
